Green Mouse Academy is working to make our website and recruiting tools usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This statement is not a certification of full conformance.

Get help or report a barrier

Email info@greenmouseacademy.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the problem you encountered. If you wish, tell us the browser or assistive technology you use and how you prefer us to respond. Please do not send passwords, sign-in links or medical information.

You can use the same contact to request program information in another format or an accessible way to apply for a job. An accommodation request is separate from the information used to evaluate your qualifications.

Features we are improving

Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, readable color contrast, text alternatives, named form controls and dialogs, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.

Known limitations

Some downloadable program flyers are not fully tagged for screen readers. Program descriptions and site requirements are available in HTML on our programs page and the HADO Launch page. Contact us if you need another format or information from a flyer.

Third-party booking, learning and social platforms have their own interfaces. Tell us if they prevent you from completing a task so we can help you find an alternative.

Accessibility testing is ongoing. Automated checks do not replace manual testing with assistive technology or feedback from people with disabilities.
