This notice explains how Green Mouse Academy / Accellearn, LLC uses information submitted through this website’s careers page and GMA Hub. Our existing general privacy policy and terms of service are available on this website. This notice describes the recruiting features; it is not a new agreement for school programs or purchases.

Information you provide

The application form collects your name, email address, a phone number (required for some openings), an optional message, screening answers specific to the opening, and a PDF résumé. It preserves the questions and answers as they were when you applied. It records the opening, submission time and your agreement to use this information for recruitment. Designated team members may add hiring stages and internal notes. Please keep your application relevant to the role and do not include medical information, government identification numbers or payment information.

How we use and protect it

We use this information to review applications, communicate with candidates, manage recruitment and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Applications and résumés are stored privately in GMA Hub for designated recruiting staff; Hub download links are temporary. When application notifications are enabled, Google’s email service sends the candidate’s name, email, phone, application message and screening answers, opening and submission details, together with the PDF résumé attachment, to recruiting recipients designated by the super administrator. Those recipients can review and reply directly from email without signing into Hub. Long application and screening text may be shortened in email; complete submissions remain in Hub. Internal team notes are not included in notification emails. We do not display candidate applications on public job pages.

Vercel hosts the website; Supabase supports the database, authentication and private file storage; Google’s email service delivers GMA team sign-in emails and designated recruiting notifications. The Google connection spreadsheet records application notification references and delivery status, without candidate contact details, messages or résumé content. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Website and service logs may include technical information such as request times, browser information and network addresses. The application service uses hashed network-address and email values to limit abusive submissions.

Team sign-in and browser storage

GMA Hub uses essential browser storage to maintain designated team members’ sign-in sessions. Signing out removes the current Hub session from that browser. The public application form does not require a candidate account.

Retention and requests

Applications and related recruiting records are retained for recruitment and applicable recordkeeping obligations. GMA’s specific retention schedule is under legal review; no automatic deletion deadline is promised. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from consideration, email info@greenmouseacademy.com. We may need to verify your request. Applicable recordkeeping duties or legal holds may limit deletion.

Public job images and sharing

Published job descriptions and their thumbnails are public. Sharing controls let you copy a job link or open a third-party sharing service; posting remains your choice. If you choose a service, its privacy terms apply to your interaction with it. Applications and résumés are not included in these sharing controls.
