Let’s stay connected.

Green Mouse Academy / Accellearn, LLC uses the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry and manage program or partnership conversations. Our existing general privacy policy is available on this website.

What we collect and where it goes

The form asks for your name, email address, an optional organization and phone number, your topic of interest and your message. We also record the submission time and your agreement to let GMA respond. Please do not submit student records, medical information, identification numbers or payment details.

Inquiries are stored in the private Leads area of GMA Hub using Supabase, with the website hosted on Vercel. When connected, a copy is saved in GMA’s designated Google Sheet. Google’s email service sends notifications to addresses designated by the GMA super administrator. These notifications include the submitted name, email address, organization, phone number, topic and full message, together with submission details, so the designated team can respond directly by email. The public website does not display inquiries.

Website and service logs may contain technical request information. The contact service uses hashed network-address and email values to limit spam. We use your inquiry to follow up on your request; the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Access, retention and requests

Designated GMA team members can review inquiries and keep internal follow-up notes. Google Sheet access is controlled separately in Google Drive. Records are retained for follow-up and applicable business or legal obligations. A specific retention schedule remains under legal review; no automatic deletion deadline is promised.

To request a correction, ask about your information, withdraw an inquiry or request deletion, contact info@greenmouseacademy.com. Verification, applicable recordkeeping obligations or legal holds may affect a request.
