At Green Mouse Academy we value your comments, suggestions, and feedback. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and disclose “personal information” and other “non-personal information” we may have gathered about you about you in relation to our Game “PixelPlay – Game Design”, (“Game”).

If you are under 13 (for Japanese residents, 15 and for Mexican residents 18; the same shall apply hereinafter), you must get your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before giving out your contact information, like e-mail address or phone number, or any other personal information, to Green Mouse Academy or to anyone else.


Our Services operate under U.S. law and all information submitted to us may be transferred to the U.S. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the U.S. according to U.S. laws. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer. We will handle information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal Information Related to Children

Green Mouse Academy is committed to protecting children’s privacy on the Internet. We do not intend to, or knowingly, collect, use, or disclose personal information (including online contact information) of children under the age of 13 (for Japanese and Mexican residents, 18) in conjunction with our Services that are not directed toward children, and we encourage parents or guardians to monitor children’s on-line activities. If we are aware of a child under the age of 13 (for Japanese and Mexican residents, 18) attempting to register to use any of the Services that are not directed toward children, we will not accept the registration. Once we become aware of a child under the age of 13 (for Japanese and Mexican residents, 18) providing personal information in conjunction with our Services that are not directed toward children, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personal information in this context, or if you otherwise would like your child’s information deleted, please contact us at the contact information below so we can delete it.

Green Mouse Academy does not collect children’s personal information through our Games or Services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We take steps to prevent children from posting or publicly disclosing personal contact information, like full name, phone number or e-mail address, online, without parental consent. Green Mouse Academy does not condition a child’s participation in an activity on the child’s disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity.

We only keep your (or your child’s personal information for as long as we need it for one or more of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (or, in some cases, until you opt out from one of our mailing lists). If social networking opportunities are available through our mobile applications and Services, they are structured so that no personal information is shared between visitors unless verifiable parental consent is obtained.

Green Mouse Academy might collect an e-mail address and first name (or screen name) from your child under 13 without your consent if a child sends a request to us. In such circumstances, we keep their e-mail address for long enough to respond to them. Green Mouse Academy deletes this information from our system after we answer their question.

We may ask for certain information like [statistical/de-identified] information about your city, hobbies, etc. to help us understand our visitors and improve our products and Services.

California Privacy Rights

California residents who provide personal information are entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the information we shared, if any, with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and names and addresses of third parties with whom we shared the information for their marketing purposes. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information. Please note that not all information sharing is covered by the California law. Our response will include only information relating to our sharing practices for information covered by the law.

Children’s Privacy

We do not collect children’s data specifically, however children may play our Game. We limit our data collection and only use persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the Game, and always in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

What kinds of data are there, and what do we collect?
Data collected can be personal to you or non-personal, and sometimes data that doesn’t appear to be personal can become personal if certain other facts are learned.

Data can be collected in three ways.

  • Data collected automatically;
  • Data you provide us; and
  • Data collected by our partners

The basis for collecting this data is “legitimate interest” under GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation) and “to support internal operations of the Game” under COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). Any data collected is done solely for internal uses that are reasonably and directly related to your relationship with US, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Certain data is collected automatically. This includes:

  • Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, and language;
  • Data about your use of the Service, by which we mean gameplay data that we us for data saving/loading Game files.

  • We will keep your contact details if you contact us directly for any reason.
  • Data we collect from our third-party partners.
  • We do not have any third-party partners that collect data.

What is Personal Information?
‘Personal Information’ is information that identifies you as an individual. This is only collected by us if you submit it to us directly.

Player Feedback
